Is everything Home made?
A: We make everything from scratch at the bakery on a daily basis.
When should I place my order?
A: You should place your order at least 1 day in advance Monday through Friday. Saturday orders should be placed on Friday before 5pm.
Are you open on Sunday?
A: We are open 6 days a week Monday through Saturday.
Should I refrigerate my cake?
A: We do not recommend you refrigerate the cakes, however we do recommend freezing the cakes up to 3 months if needed.
Do you make Gluten/ Sugar free cakes?
A: Gluten free and Sugar free cakes have to be ordered in advanced.
Do you decorate and personalize your cakes?
A: We do decorate and personalize all custom cakes.
Cake tasting deposits are non-refundable. Deposit is deducted from the wedding cake price if ordered.
All orders must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 50% of the refund. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to cake orders within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
